| 摘 要： | 为了解安徽省野生大豆资源表型性状的基本情况,对已编目入库的116份野生大豆材料进行表型性状分析,结果表明野生大豆和半野生大豆在粒色、泥膜类型和主茎类型等3个性状方面差异比较明显;野生大豆的粗蛋白含量和粗脂肪含量的平均值、变异范围和变异系数均低于半野生大豆;仅粗脂肪含量在两者之间存在极显著差异。野生大豆遗传多样性指数的平均值低于半野生大豆,除生育日数外其他3个数量性状的遗传多样性指数也均低于半野生大豆。 |

| Abstract: | This morphological traits on wild soybean resources in Anhui Province were studied and the results indicated that there was difference between wild soybeans and semi-wild soybeans on seed color,seed sootiness and stem type.The mean,the range and the coefficient variation of protein and oil on semi-wild soybeans were higher than wild soybeans;but it only had significant difference on oil.The mean of genetic diversity on wild soybeans was lower than semi-wild soybeans,but the genetic diversity of days to matu... |
