| 摘 要： | ＂图书馆权利＂是一个源于美国的概念,在现代图书馆运动中对图书馆应该拥有的自由权利做出了集团性确认。而从图书馆法的角度来看,图书馆权利包括图书馆员的权利、图书馆使用者的权利和图书馆自身的权利。在我国进行图书馆立法的背景下,总结已有图书馆权利研究,形成比较系统全面的图书馆权利论纲,为我国图书馆立法提供支撑性研究。

| Abstract: | The concept of ＂Library Right＂ is from the United States. It confirmed the freedom right of the library as a group. And from the perspective of the library law, the library right includes the right of the library staff, library users and libraries. When our country is going to introduce the library law, this article summarizes the existing research of library right, creates a more systematic and comprehensive outline of the library right, and provides the research support for our library legislation. |
