摘 要: | 目的:建立白头翁多糖含量的测定方法,对白头翁不同炮制品中多糖含量的差异进行初步研究。方法:将白头翁经不同方法炮制后,用苯酚-硫酸法检测多糖含量,检测波长为488 nm。结果:白头翁不同炮制品中多糖含量在0.25%~1.14%。结论:白头翁不同炮制品中多糖含量有差异。

Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method to determine the contents of polysaccharides from Pulsatilla chinensis(Bge.) Regel,then compare the polysaccharides contents in Pulsatilla chinensis(Bge.) Regel of different processing products.Methods: Sulfuric acid-phenol coloration was applied to analysis polysaccharides contents.The detective wavelength was 488 nm.Results: In different processing products of Pulsatilla chinensis(Bge.) Regel,the polysaccharides contents was within 0.25%~1.14%.Conclusion: The poylsaccharides contents in Pulsatilla chinensis(Bge.) Regel of different processing products have obvious difference. |
