蘑菇渣复合基质特性及对番茄幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:利用蘑菇渣为原料的育苗基质,加入不同体积配比的蛭石、珍珠岩进行了番茄穴盘育苗试验,筛选出可以作为草炭复合基质替代品的蘑菇渣复合基质。试验结果表明:蘑菇渣中速效磷、速效钾含量显著高于草炭,在相同的苗期管理情况下,T1(蘑菇渣∶蛭石∶珍珠岩为1∶1∶1)、T6(蘑菇渣∶蛭石∶珍珠岩为2∶1∶2)复合基质幼苗株高、茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、全株干重、壮苗指数均显著大于CK(草炭∶蛭石为2∶1)。因此,在番茄穴盘育苗中可使用蘑菇渣复合基质代替草炭。

Abstract:Seedlings of tomato was planted in mushroom residue substrate mixed with vermiculite and different percentage.In application of 72plug,we select compound substrate of mushroom residue as a substitute for peat moss nursery.The results showed that available P,K content was significantly higher in mushroom residue mixture than that in the peat moss mixture.Under the same condition of seedling period management,plant height,diameter of stem,dry weight of shoot,dry weight of root,plant dry weight and healthy index in TI (1/3mushroom residue 1/3vermiculite 1/3pertilite),T6(2/5mushroom residue 1/5vermiculite 2/5 pertilite) were significantly higher than those in CK(2/3peat moss 1/3 vermiculite).So in plug cultivation of tomato seedlings the compound substrate of mushroom residue could substitute for peat substrate.
