| Abstract: | In vitro flowering of the plant tissue culture is paid more and more attention. Advances of studies on the plant in vitro flowering,including the explant to select the spot,the physiological condition,phytohormones,polyamines and nutrition environ-mental condition and so on,are reviewed to provide reference basis for further studies and application of in vitro flowering. |
