摘    要:在对渭河下游的来水来沙量进行分析的基础上,结合水槽试验结果和实测资料,从机理上探讨渭河下游呈现出洪水历时延长、滩地高程不降、水位处于逐渐升高的态势、边界条件劣势发展的不利防洪响应,认为其主要原因是产生贴边淤积的环境良好.据此,针对该环境所引起的防洪形势严峻问题,提出了治理对策.

Abstract:In this paper,the disadvantageous flood control response in the Weihe River Basin is lucubrated after analyzing the measured data of the change of inflow and silt content in the lower reaches of the Weihe River and the water-channel experimental results.The results show that the frequent occurrence of flood and the prolongation of flood duration in the lower reaches of the Weihe River are caused by many factors,such as the maintenance of the height of flood plain,gradual increase of stream water level,reduction of the riverbed gradient,silt sediment and development of the disadvantageous natural conditions,in which climate change and human activities are the dominant factors;silt discharge in the lower reaches of the Weihe River comes mainly from the Jinhe River,and inflow comes mainly from the regions upstream from Xianyang.Based on considering the serious situation of flood control in the lower reaches of the Weihe River,some measures are put forward,they are to regenerate the natural vegetation for reducing soil erosion and silt content of stream water,utilize water resources in saving way,implement the unitive water resources management,migrate the local residents out of the flood plain and dredge up the river channel.
