充水保压钢蜗壳外围混凝土应力分

摘    要:采用三维有限元技术,在分析施工过程钢蜗壳充水保压支撑的基础上对简化方法和仿真方法进行综合研究。结果表明,2种方法中,简化算法偏保守。同时,钢蜗壳与外围混凝土的接触状态和施工过程中钢蜗壳的支撑方式对混凝土的应力有着重要的影响。结论对水电站厂房的设计、施工有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:On the basis of supporting system analysis of steel spiral case keeping internal water pressure during construction, the simplification and simulation methods were studied comprehensively using 3-D finite element method. According to the results, the simplification method is more conservative than the simulation method; the contact state between steel spiral case and its periphery concrete and the way of supporting of steel spiral case in construction have significant influences on the periphery concrete stresses. These conclusions may be helpful for the design and construction of workshops in hydropower station.
