网络信息技术在农业高校食品学科教学中的应用与探索

摘    要:为适应新形势下农业高校食品学科的教学要求,本文阐述了网络信息技术在食品学科教学中应用的意义,通过网络信息技术与传统教学模式有益结合,提高了食品学科教学质量,同时对农业高校食品学科实现信息技术课程化进行了初步探索。

Abstract:To adapt to current teaching requirements of food specialty in agricultural university, this paper elaborated the meaning of network information technology in food specialty teaching. Through the combination of network information technology and traditional teaching, teaching quality and effect were optimized, and the application of network information technology in food specialty teaching of agricultural university was explored.
