摘    要:
以番茄中蔬4号为接穗,马铃薯东农303为砧木进行插接试验,调查了嫁接对番茄生长发育的影响.试验结果表明,嫁接后番茄生长势增强;叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量分别提高44.76%,11.86%,70%;嫁接番茄叶片厚度增加,叶裂数减少,叶片正面叶脉间明显隆起;果形指数与果实硬度增加.DNA-RAPD分析结果表明,...

Abstract:
Zhongshu No.4 were grafted on the rootstock of potato cv.Zhongnong 303 to investigate the graft effect on the scion.The results showed that the growth rate increased,content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and carotinoid increased 44.76%,11.86%,70% respectively.The thickness of leaf increased observably,the number of leaf lobes decreased and area between nervation sticked up as potato leaves,the index and rigidity of fruit enhanced,DNA-RAPD assay indicated that some change occured on DNA level of the grafted...
