超声辅助提取无患子中阿魏酸工艺研究

摘    要:以乙醇水溶液为提取剂,采用超声波辅助方法提取无患子果肉中阿魏酸,以高效液相色谱法检测阿魏酸提取量,经优化后,提取无患子中阿魏酸的最佳工艺条件为:固液比1:5、乙醇浓度40%、超声时间45 min、超声功率160W,此条件下无患子果肉中阿魏酸提取量可达(0.034 2±0.001 2)mg/g.该方法最佳提取工艺合理、可靠,可供无患子阿魏酸的进一步研究及其综合利用提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of ferulic acid was investigated from the flesh of sapindus by ethanol aqueous.The crushed samples were treated by different concentration of ethanol solution and ultrasonic treatment and then extracted by ethyl acetate.The content of ferulic acid was detected by HPLC.Improving the extraction efficiency of ferulic acid from the flesh of sapindus,the effects of ethanol concentration,ratio of solid to liquid,temperature,ultrasonic time and power on extraction yield were investigated.Based on the single factor results,the treatment conditions were optimized through orthogonal test.The results showed that the order of the primary and secondary factors for the rate of ferulic acid was the ratio>ethanol concentration>ultrasonic time>ultrasonic power.The optimal extraction conditions were 40% alcohol concentration,1 ∶ 5 solid-liquid ratio,45 min ultrasonic time and 160 W power,the extraction efficiency of ferulic acid was 0.034 2±0.001 2 mg/g on optimum technological conditions.The optimal extraction technology is reasonable,reliable.It is available reference to further research and comprehensive utilization of ferulic acid in Sapindus.
