| 摘 要： | McCoy’s5a为基础培养液添加硒、转铁蛋白、雄烯二酮、谷氨酰胺 ,对牛卵巢上大 (直径 >8mm)、中 ( 4mm <直径 <8mm)、小 (直径 <4mm)非闭锁卵泡的颗粒细胞进行无血清培养。McCoy’s5a无血清培养中的颗粒细胞形态与分化特点类似于体内情况 ,说明颗粒细胞在该培养条件下 ,其功能可能更接近体内的生理状况
