摘    要:马铃薯挖掘机挖掘铲的结构直接影响着挖掘机的入土性能、碎土性能、动力性及刚度,在含水率约为12.6%的黄绵土中对三角形平面铲和栅条式挖掘铲的入土性能和碎土性能等方面进行对比分析.结果表明:栅条式挖掘铲挖掘效果优于三角形平面铲,动力性能好;且栅条式挖掘铲的栅条对土壤有拱碎作用,能够减少进入分离装置的土壤量,有利于土薯分离.

Abstract:The structure of the digger shovel directly affects the penetration performance,pulverizer performance,power performance and stiffness of a potato digger.In order to give the theoretical basis to the user to select the spade type,in the loess soil with moisture content of 12.6%,the comparative analysis between the triangle digger shovel and the paling-type digger shovel in penetration performance and pulverizer performance were carried out.The results showed that the paling-type digger shovel was better than the triangle digger shovel in mining performance and power performance.The paling of the paling-type digger shovel had the role of arch broken to the soil,Which could reduce the amount of soil getting into the separation device,this was beneficial to the soil and potato separation.
