平凉市水果蔬菜亚硝酸盐含量及评价

The Contents and Evaluation of Nitrate in Fruits and Vegetables in Pingliang City

Based on national standards,the article samples the soil and analyzes fruits and vegetables of pingliang,the sampling analysis results of showed that the detection rate of nitrite in 18 samples of 10 species fruits was 72.7%,the qualified rate was 100%,the pollution index was in the scope of 0～0.65,the average value was 0.33,which belong to safe agricultural products;the detection rate of nitrite in8 Class 24 varieties of 46 samples vegetables was 97.8%,the qualified rate was 87.0%,the average contents the order of from big to small was leaf vegetable,rood tuber,chinese cabbage groups,cucurbits,alliaceous,pulses,root vegetables,aubergine and fruit,respectively.The pollution index leaf vegetable was 1.88,that was to be part of medium noise-pollution level,the pollution index of other vegetables were in the scope of 0.16～0.58,which was less than one and was to belong to safe agricultural products.
