食用菌制种新型消毒剂的应用研究

摘    要:食用菌制种新型消毒剂,经反复试验和生产验证,对食用菌的母种、原种菌丝抑制小,接种后萌动快,发菌迅速,成品率高。用此消毒剂并可在箱外接种,操作简便,减少了工作时间和成本。该消毒剂对工作人员无毒,无过敏反应,无刺激性。

Abstract:A new spawn-making disinfectant for edible fungi has been tested and confirmed in production for many times.It has little inhibiting effect on mycelial growing Of mother cultures and original spawn.After inoculation,spawn germi- nates and runs in the compost rapidly and has a high finished product rate. Moreover,the disinfectant permits that inoculation is carried out outside a sterile box,with facility and rapidity of operation,which shortens the working time and reduces the cost.The disinfectant has no toxicity and allergy to operators and alleviates their suffering.
