摘    要:为探究茶叶农药最大残留限量标准现状,对比了我国《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2019)中涉及茶叶的农药最大残留限量指标与欧盟及日本制定的农药最大残留限量指标,分析了中国与欧盟及日本茶叶中农药最大残留限量指标的差异,提出了我国茶园农药的使用和管控建议,以期为茶叶安全优质生产提供理论参考。

Abstract:To explore the current international maximum residue limits of tea pesticides,the maximum residue limits of tea pesticides in our country's national food safety standard-maximum residue limits for pesticides in foods(GB 2763—2019).the tea pesticide maximum residue limits index in the European Union and Japan were compared.The differences of maximum residue limits of pesticides in tea were analyzed between China and European Union,Japan.Some relevant measures and suggestions about pesticide use and control in tea plantations were further proposed,which would guarantee the safety and high quality of tea in China.
