底施黄腐酸肥对设施黄瓜产量和品质的影响

摘    要:为了验证黄腐酸肥对设施黄瓜生产的影响,以黄瓜“津美82”为材料,以当地常规底肥(有机肥4 000 kg/hm2)为对照,设置5个不同用量黄腐酸肥(800、1 600、2 400、3 200、4 000 kg/hm2)配施有机肥作底肥的处理,探究底施黄腐酸肥对设施大棚黄瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在相同的环境条件及田间管理状态下,底肥施用黄腐酸肥可以显著提高黄瓜产量和品质。与对照相比,T3处理(底施40% 有机肥1 600 kg/hm2+60%黄腐酸肥2 400 kg/hm2)下黄瓜的产量和品质最好,黄瓜单株总产量、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、VC、可溶性固形物这6个指标较对照分别显著提高了24.16%、302.41%、72.67%、96.62%、140.34%、141.70%,硝酸盐含量较对照显著降低了61.41%。本试验条件下最佳底肥用量为有机肥1 600 kg/hm2和黄腐酸肥2 400 kg/hm2配合施用。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to verify the effect of fulvic acid fertilizer on cucumber production in greenhouse, cucumber cultivar ''Jinmei 82'' was used as material and local farmers'' conventional base fertilizer (organic fertilizer 4 000 kg/hm2) was used as control, five different amounts of fulvic acid fertilizer (800, 1 600, 2 400, 3 200, 4 000 kg/hm2) were applied with different amounts of organic fertilizer as base fertilizer to investigate the effects on the yield and quality of cucumber in greenhouse. The results showed that under the same environmental conditions and field management, fulvic acid fertilizer could significantly improve the yield and quality of cucumber. Compared with the control, T3 treatment (40% organic fertilizer 1 600 kg/hm2 + 60% fulvic acid fertilizer 2 400 kg/hm2) had the best yield and quality of cucumber. The total yield, contents of soluble protein, free amino acid, soluble sugar, VC and soluble solids increased by 24.16%, 302.41%, 72.67%, 96.62%, 140.34% and 141.70% compared with the control, respectively, and nitrate content decreased by 61.41% compared with the control. Under the experimental conditions, the best base fertilizer dosage was 1 600 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer combined with 2 400 kg/hm2 of fulvic acid fertilizer.
