微波法提取大豆低聚糖的研究

摘    要:
研究了近中性pH条件下利用微波提取大豆低聚糖的方法及其脱盐精制的效果。结果表明,用500W微波处理30min可显著提高浸提液中大豆低聚糖的含量;在离子交换树脂法脱盐精制过程中,相同温度和相同流速条件下,微波法所得低聚糖的脱盐效果优于传统方法。

Abstract:
The effect of microwave on the extraction of soybean oligosaccharides was researched. The results showed that the content of soybean oligosaccharides in solution increased with treatment of 500W microwave for 30min, the salts in extraction of soybean oligosaccharides could be easily removed by ion exchange resin method,which indicated microwave could improve process of soybean oligosaccharides.
