| 摘 要： | 2004下半年以来,江西省开展了一场声势浩大的林业产权制度改革,从已有的改革绩效来看,对江西省林业长远发展产生了深远的影响。以江西省仍在进行的林业产权制度改革为例,阐述了林业产权制度改革的内容、成果以及在改革中存在的几个主要问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Since the second half year of 2004, a gigantic and vigorous forestry property institution to reform has been launched in Jiangxi Province. According to existing reform performance, it has a far-reaching impact on forestry''s long-term development of Jiangxi Province. The importance of advancing the reform of forestry''s property right was outlined in the paper. Taken Jiangxi as an example, the content, practical experience, achievement of forestry''s property institution reform and several questions were explained. The countermeasures were put forward at last. |
