小麦氮营养研究进展

摘    要:氮素是小麦生长发育所必需的大量营养元素之一,对小麦的产量和品质等方面有着重要的影响。根据目前国内外氮素营养研究的现状,从氮素营养对小麦生理特性的影响、群体质量和叶片光合特性的影响、籽粒产量及粒重的调控、氮素对小麦籽粒品质的影响、小麦籽粒品质与产量的相关性等方面阐述了小麦氮素营养研究的进展,并概述了提高小麦产量和蛋白质含量的氮素营养机理和调控措施,进而表明了氮素在小麦营养中的重要作用。

The Research Development of Nitrogen Nutrition in Wheat

Abstract:Nitrogen is one of necessary nutritional ingredients for growth of wheat and has important influence on yield and quality of it. Analyzing current situation of studying in domestic and international nitrogen nutrition, this paper summaries the research works on nitrogen (N) nutrition in wheat from effect on physiological characteristics?colony quality and leaf photosynthetic characteristics?yields and grain weight?quality, and correlation between yields and quality. N-nutritional mechanism and control measurements, which can raise yield and protein contents of wheat, are briefly described at the same time, and these indicate nitrogen play an important role in wheat nutrition.
