小麦气孔密度及日变化规律研究

摘    要:研究了“科19”“科20”“科30”“科33”“科40”“京冬8号”等6个不同小麦品种的叶片在不同的生育期内及不同品种在同一天内(自早6:00至晚19:00)气孔密度和气孔日变化规律(开张度),结果表明:不同品种的小麦叶片上表皮气孔密度均显著大于下表皮;不同品种小麦在不同生育期内气孔密度均不相同,表现为伸长期>孕穗期=接近成熟期>灌浆期>分蘖起身期;小麦气孔密度的大小与品种的是否抗旱没有关系;6个不同品种叶片气孔的日变化规律无明显差异。

Study on the Stomatal Density and Daily Change Rule of the Wheat

Abstract:This article studies the stomatal density and the open and close level of stoma of the six different breeds'' wheat leafs (Ke19, Ke20, Ke30, Ke33, Ke40 and Jing-dong8), which is in the different period of duration and the different breeds in one day (from 6: 00 to 18: 00). The result indicates: The stomatal density of upper epidermis is remarkably bigger than that of lower epidermis in all studied varieties; It is different that the stomatal density of different wheat in the different period of duration and the different breeds. The arrangement order is, the jointing stage > the booting stage=the maturing stage > the grain filling stage > the tillering stage; the quantity of the stomatal density of the wheat has no bearing on the drought defying ability of the breeds of the wheat. It has no obvious difference that the leaf blade stomata''s daily change rule of the six different wheat breeds.
