| 摘 要： | 依据杨凌农科城在全国及陕西的地位和作用,通过分析杨凌农科城在城市化发展中存在的问题,结合关中“一线两带”建设的要求,提出杨凌农科城必须发挥一定范围内区域经济中心的作用,成为关中高新产业带城市群中新的增长极,为推动中国干旱半干旱地区农业尤其是西北地区农业的现代化及新农村建设做出贡献。

| Abstract: | According to the position and function of Yangling Agriculture Science City in the whole country and Shaanxi Province, through analyzing the main problems existing in the process of urbanization construction, combining with the requirements of the Guangzhong high-tech industries district and city''s cluster, the viewpoints were put forward in this paper that Yangling Agriculture Science City must play roles of regional economic center and new economic growth point in Guanzhong high-tech industries district and city''s cluster and even in northwest region, which can also make much contribution to pushing the agricultural modernization and new village development of the Semi-arid areas, especially the northwest region. |
