摘 要: | [目的]为四季秋海棠的快速繁殖提供一条有效的途径。[方法]采用园土、河沙、蛭石等不同基质及NAAI、AAI、BA 3种生长调节剂进行四季秋海棠扦插繁殖试验,研究不同基质和生长调节剂对四季秋海棠扦插生根的影响。[结果]基质以河沙最好,成本低,生根率高。305、0 mg/L NAA处理的插条生根效果优于对照(清水),以30 mg/L处理的效果最好。IAA处理的插条最长根长、平均根长不及对照,但生根率高于对照,30 mg/L IAA处理的插条生根效果最好。IBA处理的插条最长根长、平均根长、生根率优于对照,且IBA浓度越高,插条生根效果越好。3种生长调节剂的浓度相同时,IBA处理的插条生根效果最好,IAA最差。[结论]50 mg/L IBA处理的插条生根效果最好,生根率达90%。

Effects of Treatments with Different Different Substrates and Growth Regulatrors on Cutting Rooting of Begonia semperflorens |

Abstract: | [Objective] The study was to provide an effective way for rapid propagation of Begonia semperflorens.[Method] The cutting propagation experiments for Begonia semperflorens were conducted to study the effects of different substrates(garden soil,riversand and vermiculite etc.) and 3 kinds of growth regulators (NAA,IAA and IBA) on cutting rooting of Begonia semperflorens.[Result] The effect of riversand substrates was the best with low cost and high rooting rate.The rooting effects of treatments with 30 and 50 mg/L NAA were superior than that of CK(clear water),and the effect of treatment with 30 mg/L NAA was the best.The longest root length and average root length of cutting in treatment with IAA were inferior than that of CK,however the rooting rate was higher than that of CK,and the rooting effect of cutting in treatment with 30 mg/L IAA was the best.The longest root length,average root length and rooting rate of the cutting in treatment with IBA were superior than that of CK,and the higher the IBA concn.was,the better the rooting effect of cutting was.When the concn.of 3 regulators was the same,the rooting effect of cutting in treatment with IBA was the best and that in treatment with IAA was the worst.[Conclusion] The rooting effect of cutting in treatment with 50 mg/L IBA was the best and the rooting rate reached 90%. |
