牡丹叶片光合作用光温响应的模拟

摘    要:使用LCpro+便携式光合作用测定仪控温控光,测量了牡丹品种洛阳红在不同光照强度下的叶片光合作用速率、气孔导度等指标。结果表明,牡丹叶片光合作用-光强响应曲线受温度影响明显。进一步使用光强、叶片温度为参数,选用等轴双曲线模型进行数据拟合,拟合值与实测值根均方差RMSE=1.4904,拟合效果较好。据此模型计算得到洛阳红光补偿点、初始光能利用率、最大光合速率、呼吸速率分别为16.99、0.02863、9.81107、0.46435μmol/(m2.s)。认为等轴双曲线模型适用于低于饱和光强下的牡丹光合作用模拟研究,便于对不同试验条件下得到的数据进行综合比较分析。

Simulation of Photosynthetic Response to Light Intensity and Temperature for Leaf of Paeonia suffruticosa
Abstract:Using LCpro+ portable photosynthesis system,photosynthesis rate and stomatal conductance of leaves of Luoyanghong-a tree peony variety were measured under controlled environmental conditions.The results showed that the photosynthetic response to light intensity is influenced by temperature ob-viously.Light intensity and leaf temperature was fitted using axial hyperbolic model,and the fitting between measured and simulated data is good,for the root mean square error(RMSE)=1.4904.On the basis of this model,the light compensation point,initial utilization of light energy,maximum photosynthetic rate and respiratory rate were calculated and equal to 16.99,0.02863,9.81107 and 0.46435μmol/(m2·s) respectively.The simulated curve indicated that the hyperbolic model could be used to simulate photosynthesis when the light is below the light saturation point,and is convenient to compare the results among different studies.
