高校素质教育过程中人才培养及其对策

从知识经济时代的特点出发,阐述了人才素质的内涵,并就如何加强高校素质教育,避免使素质教育片面化和机械化进行了研究,认为高校要重视人文教育的价值,加强人文教育,培养具有良好人格和精神的人;另一方面高校的科学技术教育也要与时俱进、不断更新,彻底改变应试教育模式。重视人文教育与更新技术教育模式才能赋予素质教育长久的勃勃生机,培养符合时代要求的高素质人才。

Countermeasures and Cultivation of Qualified College Students in Quality-oriented Education

Based on the characteristics of the era of the intellectual economy, this paper enunciates the connotation of talents and makes a tentative study on the ways to intensify college education in an all-round way and measures to avoid its one-sidedness and stagnation. We firmly believe that college education should lay emphasis on and strengthen humanistic education to cultivate students with high quality and lofty spirits; on the other hand, science and technology instruction must be developed and renewed in accordance with the development of society. Only in this way can college education display new vitality and cultivate high-quality talents in conformity with the requirements of society.
