茄子数量性状遗传研究

摘    要:对茄子的21个品种,16个性状的遗传力(h~2B)、遗传型变异系数(GCV)和遗传进度(GS)等项目的研究结果表明,各性状的h~2B和GCV可综合归为五类,其中单株产量为h~2B居中,GCV大一类,其遗传进度较快。通过相关研究和通径分析得出,影响单株产量的主要因素是单株结果数和单果重,及叶片数目较多、且叶形狭长的一些基本性状。 通过对供试品种及性状采用主成分分析后,最后所选留的5个主成分,应是第1、3、5主成分的值居中,第2主成分的值越大越好较多第4主成分的值越小越好。经聚类得出了5个类群,可供茄子育种时亲本选择和组合设置参考。

Abstract:The research on the heritability ( h2B ) the genotype coefficient of variation ( GCV ) and genetic advance ( GS ) of 16 characteristics of 21 breeds of eggplant (.Solatium melongena L. ) has shown that the h2B and of GCV each character can be classified into five categories of which low h2B and high GCV of the output of individual plant is one, and fast gene-tic advance ( GS ) high h2B and low GCV of harvest period is another. From the correlation research and path analysis, we came to a conclu-sion that the main factor effecting yield is the fruit number and weight of individual plant. So the constitutional character of individual high-yielded eggplant is of the character that more number of fruits on individual plant. weightier individual fruit, more number of leaves and narrow leaves, all these factor make individual eggplant produce a high yield. Of the five principal chosen components after the analysis of prin-cipal components to all the experimented breeds and their characters, the value of the first, third and the fifth principal component is in the medium;the greater the value of the second principal component is the better; the smaller the fourth principal component is the better. After clustering we had five cluster groups which can be the reference for the parent selection and combination install ment of eggplant bree-ding.
