| Abstract: | As the speeding up of marketing process and widespread of information technology, benefit of information resources and its share has caught attention of service agents and users. The integration and optimum, guarantee and evaluation of information, share and management of information service have been important guarantee for the information resources system developing with international information resources construction at same pace. |
