论我校教学质量评价体系的构建与完善

在分析教学质量评价重要意义的基础上，提出建立教学质量评价体系应遵循公正全面、导向性强、可行性与可比性相结合、定性分析与定量测评相结合、基本性指标与提高性指标相结合、目标管理和过程管理相结合、规范高效等方面的指导思想。并对构建、实施和完善教学质量评价体系进行探讨。

The Establishment and Perfection of Teaching Quality Evaluation System in South China University of Tropical Agriculture

On the basis of analyzing the important significance of teaching quality evaluation system,this paper holds that the establishment of teaching quality evaluation system should be guided by the following principles: overall justice,valid guidelines,integration of feasibility and horizontal comparability,integration of quality analysis and quantity analysis,integration of basic index and expected index, integration of target management and process management, efficient criteria, etc. The paper also probes into the establishment, implementation and perfection of the teaching quality evaluation system.
