植物天然活性产物调控血管平滑肌细胞表型转化研究进展

摘    要:血管平滑肌细胞(vascular smooth muscle cells,VSMCs)是血管壁的主要构成组分。同时,VSMCs容易受到异常环境信号的影响,发生表型从收缩型向增殖型转化,从而导致以血管平滑肌细胞增生为特征的心血管疾病的发生及发展。因此,寻找调控VSMCs表型转化的天然活性物质,揭示其调控的分子机制非常重要。近年来的研究发现,多种植物天然活性产物可以调控血管平滑肌细胞表型转化,从而为筛选治疗心血管系统疾病的药物研发提供了基础。介绍了VSMCs的特性及其表型转化引起的相关心血管疾病,总结了调控VSMCs表型转化的植物天然活性产物,重点综述了近几年植物天然活性产物调控血管平滑肌细胞表型转化分子机制的研究进展。

Abstract:Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) are main components of vascular wall, and are easily affected by abnormal environmental signals and undergo phenotypic transformation, which leads to the elicitation and development of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, it is very important to screen natural substances that regulate the phenotypic transformation, and to reveal underlying mechanisms. During recent years, studies have found that a variety of plant bioactive natural products can regulate the phenotypic transformation of vascular smooth muscle cells, and provide hope for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. In this article, we briefly introduced the characteristics of VSMCs, and abnormal of VSMCs proliferation induced a serious cardiovascular disease, summarized an array of plant bioactive natural products modulating phenotypic transformation of VSMCs, and focused on the research progress of molecular mechanism of plant active natural products regulating the phenotypic transformation of VSMCs during recent years.
