叶轮背叶片外径对平衡轴向力性能影响的研究与探讨

摘    要:重点探讨轴向力与背叶片外径大小之间的关系,通过对离心泵的轴向力性能进行定性分析。在此基础上,本文将带有背叶片结构的IH100-65-250化工离心泵作为研究对象,利用SolidWorks对五种不同背叶片外径大小的三维实体进行分组建模,对网格采用局部网格加密技术和分区计算技术,以Fluent为计算软件,选用RNG k-ε湍流模型,探讨了在改变背叶片外径大小情况下轴向力的变化特征。通过流场比较分析可以看出,轴向力随着背叶片外径的增大而减小。最后,在试验机上对CFD模拟的结果进行试验检测,试验数据与数值模拟分析的结果基本一致,研究结论可以为离心泵背叶片设计提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:According to the analysis of axial force of centrifugal pump,the paper discuss relationship between axial force and outer diameter of back blade.On the basis of the RNG k-ε turbulence model,technology of compact local grids and the finite method,three dimensional numerical simulation on 100HZ165-250 centrifugal pump was calculated under various outer diameters.Through comparative analysis of the flow field can be seen that the axial force reduced with the back blade diameter increases.In the end,outer diameter was tested to compare with the result of numerical simulation,the conclusion shows its reliability.
