基于模糊PID控制饲料配料系统的仿真研究

摘    要:
以淮安天参农牧水产有限公司饲料生产线PLC技术改造为背景,选择生产流程中最关键的配料工序进行研究。为提高配料系统控制精度和稳定性,改善或消除落差等因素的影响,采用模糊控制技术,以配料流量为控制参数,设计了模糊PID控制器。建立了配料系统的数学模型,并采用MATLAB软件进行了仿真,结果表明,采用模糊PID控制具有更好的动态特性,能有效提高系统的配料精度和稳定性。

Abstract:
This paper based on technical transformation on the feed production line of Huaian Tianshen Agri-Aqua Co.,Ltd.The most critical burden process of production flow is studied in this paper.The Fzzy control technology was applied so as to improve control precision and stability of burden system and interference of drop height.Fzzy PID controller is designed and the burden flow is taken as control parameter.Mathematical model of burden system is established and the model is simulated by using MATLAB.The results of sampling analysis on burden data show that dynamic properties of Fzzy PID control is better than general PID control.The burden precision and stability of system is improved effectively.
