摘    要:在我国半干旱山区,高效利用雨水资源发展高效节水农业,提高灌溉水的利用率和农田水的利用效率,是解决水资源短缺问题的重要措施。"半干旱区雨水高效富集利用技术"是指天然降水在250~600mm的地区汇集降水进行农田补充灌溉的一整套实用技术。它紧紧围绕提高有限降水的高效富集高效利用,对集雨工程技术、灌溉技术、农业与生物技术、节水农机具及防渗新材料、运行管理模式进行了集成、创新研究及示范,形成了农业高效用水的技术体系。

Abstract:High effective rainwater harvesting to development high effective saving water agriculture and enhance availability factor of the irrigational water is a important measure that resolves the shortage of water resource, especially in the semi-arid area of china. "The technology of high effective rainwater harvesting in the semi-arid area" is a complete set of operative technology that collect rainwater to perform supplementary irrigation of farmland in the region which rainwater between 250 mm and 600 mm. It integrate, creative research and demonstrate the technology of rainwater collecting, irrigation technique, agricultural technique, biological technique, saving water farm machinery and management model. And It also provides the modal for the sustainable development of Agriculture, science and technology, economy of the 21 century for semi-arid raea in china.
