自卸车F式举升机构的建模与仿真分析

摘    要:为研究某自卸车油缸浮动连杆组合式(F式)举升机构的运动学特性,优化其液压缸行程、举升角等结构参数.运用SolidWorks软件对该举升机构建模,并用SolidWorks Motion对模型进行运动学仿真.结果表明:F式举升机构举升过程平稳,液压缸行程及举升角均符合设计要求.

Abstract:The kinematics characteristics of tipper F-lifting mechanism are researched and the structure parameters, such as the distance of hydro cylinder, the lifting angle and so on are optimized. The model of F-lifting mechanism is built based on SolidWorks, and kinematics simulation is done based on the plug-in unit i.e. Motion. It shows that the F-lifting mechanism moves smoothly and steadily, and the numerical value of distance of hydro cylinder and lifting angle are reasonable.
