Effects of different Caragana korshinskii level in milking cow ration on milk yield and quality

For evaluating the effect of different Caragana korshinskii levels on milk yield and quality of milking cow,the total six Chinese Holstein cows with same age and parities,similar body weight and lactation period were randomly divided 3 groups including one control group and two experimental groups.The entire trial period was divided into three stages,repeated for 3×3 Latin square feeding trial.For study the best concentration of Caragana korshinskii,two experimental groups rations were replaced the roughage with 15 % and 30 % of Caragana korshinskii in three rations with same energy and nitrogen level,respectively.The results showed that the feed intake and milk yield between three groups were not significant(P>0.05),the milk yield of experimental group of feeding 30 % Caragana korshinskii was higher than the group that feeding 15 % Caragana korshinskii but lower than control group.Milk protein,lactose,milk density and solid of evil fat were no significant difference(P>0.05) among groups,but milk fat content of the control group was significantly lower than the group that feeding 30 % Caragana korshinskii(P<0.05).The milk fat percentages were not significant between experiment groups(P>0.05).
