摘    要:研究了盐碱胁迫对大豆种子萌发及抗氧化性影响,结果表明,低浓度的盐、碱对大豆种子萌发具有一定的促进作用;高浓度的盐、碱及混合盐碱对大豆种子萌发具有抑制作用.在低浓度的盐、碱及混合盐碱培养条件下,大豆胚芽中丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显低于对照;在高浓度的盐、碱及混合盐碱条件下培养,大豆胚芽中MDA的含量高于对照.无论在何种浓...

Abstract:The effects of saline-alkali stress on germination and antioxidant of soybean seed was studied. The results showed that low concentrations of salt and alkali on the seed germination of certain promotion; high concentration of salt, alkali and mixed salin-alkali on seed germination inhibited. In the low concentration of salt, alkali and alkali mixed culture conditions, soybean germ cultured under MDA, soybean germ (MDA), were significantly lower than control. In high concentrations of salt, alkali and mixed salt MI)A content than the control. No matter what the concentration of salt, alkali and mixed salinity stress, POD and SOD activity in soybean seedlings were higher than control, and along with salt, alkali and mixed salt concentration increased, there have been rising.
