| Abstract: | In general, the green tea processed by the traditional methods with eight-edges roasting machine or roller type roasting machine is loose in strip, lack green in colour. This paper centred on how to improve the quality of green tea, discussed the technology of green tea processing by double-pan roasting machine, and made a detailed account of this processing technology. |
