| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨不同品种烟草抗盐碱胁迫能力。[方法]检测不同浓度的盐碱混合溶液（6．25～500mmol／L）胁迫下5种常见烟草品种（白肋烟TN90、烤烟NC89、晒烟延晒5号、香料烟河南香料，黄花烟）种子出芽率和幼苗叶片丙二醛和脯氨酸含量的变化。[结果]黄花烟抗盐碱胁迫能力最强，河南香料、延晒5号、NC89次之，TN90最弱。[结论]为因地制宜选择适合本地栽培的烟草品种提作参考。
