| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the relevant studies about land control and rural governance as well as their implementation status in China,it was deemed that the implementation of land reclamation project and the improvement of rural governance were the effective means of breaking the bottlenecks in rural development and the inevitable requirements of social economic development. |
