超临界萃取新疆沙蓬籽油和其成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究新疆沙蓬籽油的最优提取条件,并对其成分进行分析。方法]采用超临界CO:萃取工艺,以沙蓬籽油提取率为指标,研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间对沙莲籽油提取率的影响,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验得到最佳提取条件。沙蓬籽油成分采用气质联用法(Gc—MS)进行分析。结果]新疆沙蓬籽油的最优提取条件为萃取压力30Mpa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间3h。在此条件下沙蓬籽油的萃取得率为13.52%。Gc—MS分析表明沙蓬籽油的主要成分为亚油酸。结论]亚油酸是人体必需脂肪酸的一种,有助于降低血清胆固醇和抑制动脉血栓,采用超临界法萃取沙蓬籽油工艺稳定可靠,具有很高的应用价值。
