摘    要:目的]研究表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对高脂大鼠血脂调节作用。方法]采用高脂大鼠模型,设正常对照组(I组,喂基础饲料)、模型对照组(Ⅱ组,喂高脂饲料)、试验组(Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,喂高脂饲料,并每日分别灌喂0.5、1.0g/kg的EGCG),连续喂饲30d,测定其血清中TC、TG、HDL.C和LDL—C含量。结果]Ⅲ、Ⅳ试验组TC、LDL—C含量极显著低于Ⅱ组(P〈0.01)Ⅲ、Ⅳ组TG含量显著低于Ⅱ组(P〈O.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组HDL.C含量较Ⅱ组变化不明显;IV组HDL—C含量略有升高,但差异不显著;Ⅲ、Ⅳ组AI值极显著低于Ⅱ组(P〈0.01)。结论]EGCG具有降血脂作用。

Abstract:Objective] To study the decreasing blood lipid effect of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG) in high-lipid rats.Method] Using high-lipid rats model,four groups were subdivided including normal CK(Ⅰ,feeding normal diet),model CK(Ⅱ,feeding high-fat diet) and test group(Ⅲ,Ⅳ,feeding high fat diet and giving EGCG of 0.5 and 1.0 g/kg,respectively).The rats in the four groups all were given for 30 d and were determined content of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in serum.Result] Contents of TC and LDL-C in rats tested in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were highly significantly lower than those in group Ⅱ(P<0.01);TG in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).HDL-C in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ did not vary significantly in comparison with group Ⅱ and rats in group Ⅳ were a little higher in HDL-C.Compared with group Ⅱ,rats in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were highly lower in AI value(P<0.01).Conclusion] EGCG is provided with effect of reducing blood lipid.
