金鱼藻对富营养化水体营养源的净化作用

摘    要:通过实验室静态培养试验,以金鱼藻(Ceratophyllum demersum L.)对富营养化水体营养源的吸收和水质净化效果进行了研究。结果表明:①金鱼藻能迅速有效地增加水体中溶解氧(DO),增长率达49.71%;pH随时间变化呈现先升高后回落的过程,其变化与生物量存在一定线性关系;②金鱼藻对水样的TN、TP、COD、Chl-a去除率分别为90.01%、35.13%、72.67%、99.82%,水质由中富营养型(Meso-eutrophic,MT)向贫营养型(Olig-eutrophic,OT)转变;③通过SPSS软件分析,指标间的皮尔森相关性高度显著,两两线性相关系数介于0.934~0.983,表明金鱼藻对水质净化效果具有同一性。

Abstract:With static experiments in laboratory,the effects of nutrition source absorption and purification of the eutrophication water body by Ceratophyllum demersum were studied.The results showed that,(ⅰ) C.demersum could increase the dissolved oxygen effectively and rapidly in water body,with increase rate of 49.71 %;pH presented the process after the time variation which elevated first and then receded and there was a linear relationship between biomass and pH.(ⅱ) The COD,TN,TP,Chl-a of the water samples,removal rates by C.demersum was 72.67 %,90.01 %,35.13 %,99.82 % respectively.The water quality transformed by the Meso-eutrophic(MT) to the Olig-eutrophic(OT).(ⅲ) With the help of SPSS software analysis,there was significant Pearson correlation within the indexes,of which linear correlation coefficient was from 0.934 to 0.983.The results indicated C.demersum might be the identity to the water quality purification effect.
