| 摘 要： | 笔者选取胆囊收缩促胰酶素(CCK)、谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD1和GAD2)、肠抑胃肽(GIP)、甘丙肽(GAL)等5个相关基因,对其表达产物的生理功能、基因定位等方面作了系统地介绍,为更好地研究基因表达调控的机制提供理论依据;为研究分子营养学奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Five genes,CCK-Cholecystokinin(CCK),Glutamic Acid Decarboxylase(GAD1 and GAD2),Intestinal Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptide(GIP),Galanin(GAL),were employed to give a detailed introduction to physiological function of their products,which provide a theoretical basis on the better study of the mechanism of gene expression as well as lay the foundation of the nutrition elements. |
