摘    要:以GIS为平台,借助于分辨率高、现势性强的SPOT5遥感影像,结合GPS野外测点调查资料,建立了以10m像元为单位的水土流失定量评价模型后,逐个计算出各像元的年均流失量,最终获得了全流域的流失总量,并实现了区域水土流失程度自动分类及评价。在摸清植被分布、水土流失现状及土地利用状况本底的基础上制定了界河防护林、水库水源涵养林、坡地水土保持林等林业生态工程规划,不仅作到了有据可依,更使该定量指标成为检验生态工程实施成效的一个有效指标,为指导黑龙江省重大科技攻关项目“公别拉河流域林业生态工程构建”提供了技术支持与指导。

Abstract:By using of GIS techonology,advanced high spatial resolution remote sensing image of SPOT5 and field data,the soil and water loss intensity map of Gongbielahe watershed was developed.On the basis of the quantitative analysis about the soil loss amount and area values pixel by pixel,the plans for water and soil conservation forests was set up to meet the demands of the regional forestry engineering construction.
