半夏组培苗的生根与移栽技术研究

摘    要:
在半夏的组培生根阶段,采用1/2MS+NAA 0.5mg/L培养基,添加不同配比的IBA进行诱导生根比较;在半夏组培苗的出瓶移栽过程中,生根苗栽植于6种不同基质中,对出瓶移栽后的生长情况进行比较。结果表明:半夏生根阶段最佳的培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.4mg/L,出瓶基质选用蛭石+珍珠岩(体积比1∶1),成活率可达98%,为最佳基质。

Abstract:
Using 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L formula and adding different amount of IBA to compare the rooting situation in the rooting stage of Pinellia ternata in tissue culture,the rooting seedlings panted in 6 kinds of different cultivation substrate to compare the growth situation after transplanting out of the bottle in the process of transplanting out of the bottle of Pinellia ternate.The results showed that the best formula was 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L,the best cultivation substance was vermiculite+perlite with survival rate reached 98%.
