银杏种子繁殖技术研究

摘    要:以银杏种子为试材,研究了温度、播种基质、赤霉素、氯化钙等因素对银杏种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:恒温、变温处理及播种基质的不同对银杏种子发芽率影响不大;赤霉素和氯化钙处理均能提高银杏种子的发芽率,赤霉素的最佳处理浓度为1 500mg/L,氯化钙的最佳处理浓度为50mg/L。

Abstract:Taking seeds of Ginkgo biloba L.as material,different factors such as temperature,seeding matrix,gibberellin and calcium chloride on rate of emergence were studied.The results showed that the constant and alternating temperature,different seeding matrix made no difference on the rate of emergence;gibberellin and calcium chloride could improve the rate of emergence,the optimal concentration of gibberellin was 1 500 mg/L,the optimal concentration of calcium chloride was 50 mg/L.
