| 摘 要： | 未来产业的竞争是供应链之间的竞争，基于此有必要就云南普洱茶业供应链管理模式的构建进行探索。通过对云南普洱茶业现存供应链结构的分析，找出其不足；探索云南普洱茶业的优化模式，提出一种在整个供应链环境中以政府主导型为核心，适合目前云南普洱茶业发展的优化模式，以实现云南普洱茶业供应链上的物流、信息流、资金流的有效快速地流通，提高云南普洱茶业在国内市场和国际市场的竞争力

| Abstract: | The future industrial competition focuses on supply chain management, based on this viewpoint, it is vital to explore the construction of supply chain management model of Yunnan Pu＇er Tea industry. Based on the analysis of the existing supply chain management model, in this paper, the writer tries to find out its deficiencies and explore its optimization of Yunnan Pu＇er industry, bringing forward the suggestion that put government as the core of supply chain environment which is appropriate for the development of Yunnan Pu＇er Tea industry, realizing the effective circulation of logistics, increasing Yunnan Pu＇erh Tea industrialization＇ competition in the domestic and international market. |
