| 摘 要： | 综合国内外蕨类植物，尤其是观赏蕨类植物组织培养的研究现状，介绍了对蕨类植物进行组织培养的方法（外植体取材、培养基成分、培养条件的选择），及无性生殖（无孢子生殖、无配子生殖）的诱导，并提出蕨类组织培养存在的问题。
