| 摘 要： | 枯草芽孢杆菌B2是从土壤中选出的，它的代谢产物中的抑菌物质对多种病原菌具有强烈的抑制作用。对其发酵条件的研究表明，其产抑菌物质的最佳发酵培养基为葡萄糖15g、黄豆饼粉30g、蛋白胨2g、NaCI 1g、（NH4）2SO45g、CaCO36g、MgSO46g，蒸馏水1000ml，最佳发酵条件为pH值7.0、接种量4％、30℃恒温振荡培养箱培养，发酵时间约60h。

| Abstract: | The metabolits of Bacillus subtilis B2 isolated from soil had the sharp inhibition to multi-pathogenic bacterium.The results showed that the best medium for producing antibictics was 15 g glucose+30 g soybean cake powder+2 g peptone+ 1 g NaCl+ 5 g(NH4)2SO4+ 6 g CaCO3+6 g MgSO4+ 1000 ml distilled H2O,and the optimum fenmentation conditions were initial pH 7.0,4% inoculum and orbital shaking culture at 180 r/min for 60 h at 30℃. |
