振动胁迫对桃果实衰老的影响

摘    要:振动胁迫刺激桃果实的衰老进程,表现为呼吸上升,超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降,脂肪氧化酶(LOX)激活、乙烯与MDA生成量增加和膜透性增大。对振动敏感的品种,在解除振动后的初期,超氧物歧化酶活性明显高于对照,认为是果实抗振动胁迫的应激反应。

Abstract:Effects of vibrational stress on respiration,ethylene production,SOD and LOX activities,MDA production and membrane permeability in peach fruit Prunus persica (L. ) Batsch were studied. Aside from stimulating respiration rate,vibration treatment could also trigger and promote the general senescence process of the fruit,as manifested in the generally decreased SOD activity,increased LOX activity,high production rates of ethylene and MDA,and increased membrane permeability in vibration treated fruits. Thus,the results can help in explaining physiologically why transportation usually hastens the deterioration of postharvest quality in fruits. It is noteworthy that,the SOD activity of vibration resistant was significantly higher than that of control at the initilal stage after vibration treatment. It suggests that there maybe a mechanism of physiological adaptation to vibrational stress in fruit.
