摘    要:建立了红松种仁中赤霉素、吲哚乙酸、脱落酸等3种内源激素的反相高效液相色谱检测方法。采用HiQ-SilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰乙酸(45.0:54.2:0.8,V:V:Ⅵ混合溶液为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为10μL,检测波长为254mm,柱温为40℃,用外标法进行定量测定。GA3、IAA和ABA的最低检测限分别为0.5mg/L、0.2mg/L和0.1mg/L,平均回收率分别为95.2%、97.2%和94.1%,相对标准偏差分别为2.3%、1.7%和1.3%。该方法具有简便、准确和易操作等特点。

Abstract:A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of gibberellin acid(GA3),indole-3-acetic acid(IAA),and abscisic acid(ABA) in Pinus Koraiensis nuts.The method was performed with a HiQ-SiL C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) using methanol-water -acetic acid(45.0:54.2:0.8,V:V:V) as mobile phase,sample injection at the velocity of 1.0 mL/min with an input of 10μL,and detection wavelength at 254 nm.,column temperatuve 40℃.The detection limit of GA3,IAA and ABA were 0.5, 0.2 and 0.1mg/l,respectively.The average recoveries were 95.2%、97.2%and 94.1%,respectively.The relative standard deviations were 2.3%、1.7%and 1.3%,respectively.The method is convenient,fast and accurate.
