人参皂苷对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响

摘    要:
探讨用不同浓度的乙醇洗脱人参总皂苷所得到的各个组分对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞免疫活性的影响。采用MTT法和中性红试验分别测定各个组分对脾淋巴细胞增值功能和巨噬细胞吞噬中性红功能的影响。结果显示,用不同浓度的乙醇洗脱下来的人参皂苷组份在试验范围内对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增值功能以及巨噬细胞吞噬中性红功能均有不同程度的促进作用,其中70%乙醇洗脱下来的人参皂苷组分的促进作用最强,提示用70%乙醇洗脱人参总皂苷所得到的皂苷组份具有良好的免疫增强剂的作用。

Abstract:
Explore the different concentrations of ethanol elution ginseng total saponins obtained various ginsenosides. Use these components to effect the mice splenic lymphocytes and abdominal macrophage’ Immunological Activity. Apply MTT method and neutral red test to measure each component selvesor splenic lymphocytes value-added function and macrophage cell phagocytize neutral red function.The results showed that different ethanol concentrations of ginseng extract elute had varying degree of stimulating effects on mice splenic lymphocytes value-added function and macrophage cell neutral red ability within the test range,especially at 70%ethanol elution of ginseng saponins components,the role was the strongest,suggesting 70%ethanol elution ginseng total saponins are the saponins components with good immunity enhancement agent.
